Guangdong Yiren specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of high-performance toast dicing machines. Our equipment is made of stainless steel with custom cutting blades, specifically designed for bakeries. With adjustable dicing sizes and smooth cutting surfaces, it effectively improves both the output and quality of bread cubes.
Core Advantages of Guangdong Yiren Toast Dicing Machine.
1.Dedicated Blades for Dedicated Cutting – Smooth Surface, No Crumbs
Traditional dicing machines can easily crush or break soft toast. Guangdong Yiren uses custom-made blades designed specifically for bakery products. With sharp edges and stable operation, they deliver mirror-smooth cut surfaces and reduce both edge waste and crumb generation to a minimum.
2.Flexible Sizes, One Machine, More Versatility
Meet diverse market demands! With simple adjustments or blade changes, you can easily produce toast cubes and bread pieces in sizes ranging from 15 mm to 30 mm cubes (or other custom sizes).
3.High-Speed Mass Production – Free Up Your Hands and Cut Costs
The machine supports fully automatic continuous feeding and discharging, with an output of up to 240–600 loaves per hour. One Guangdong Yiren toast dicing machine handles the entire production process automatically, significantly reducing labor costs and shortening production cycles.
4.Full Stainless Steel Construction – Meets Food Hygiene Standards
The entire machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion and rust resistance. Its smooth, flat surface prevents bread crumbs from accumulating, making cleaning extremely easy. The blades can be easily removed and replaced, fully meeting modern food safety procurement and audit standards.
Three Steps to Efficient Dicing (Operation Guide).
1. Start-up Preparation & Adjustment
Check that the blades are securely installed. Set the required dicing size (e.g., 15mm or 30mm) on the control panel according to product requirements. Make sure there are no foreign objects on the conveyor belt, then connect the power and run the machine for a trial operation.
2. Proper Feeding & Production
Place the prepared toast strips or bread pieces evenly onto the feeding conveyor. The machine will automatically advance the material forward and perform longitudinal slicing and transverse dicing through the high-speed rotating combination blade assembly.
3. Output Collection & Daily Cleaning
The diced toast cubes are automatically discharged from the outlet. After production, cut off the power. Use an air gun to blow away residual bread crumbs inside, or clean the stainless steel blade assembly and conveyor belt thoroughly according to the manual to maintain equipment hygiene.

During long-term, high-intensity operation, occasional minor faults in food machinery are unavoidable. Master the following operating tips to keep your production line running without downtime and more efficiently:
Symptom 1 : Connected cuts or incomplete cutting when dicing toast.
Possible Causes: The blades have become worn and dull after long-term use; or the toast itself is too moist and soft.
Solution:
1.1 Allow the toast to air-dry slightly or chill it before dicing to reduce surface moisture.
Symptom 2 : Sudden machine stoppage (jam) during operation.
Possible Causes: Excessive amount of toast fed at one time, or the material is too hard (e.g., frozen bread pieces), causing the motor overload protection to activate.
Solution:
2.1 Immediately cut off the power and manually remove the material jammed around the cutting blades.
2.2 Press the reset button on the screen and restart the machine.
2.3 Regulate the feeding speed and avoid overloading the machine with too much material at once.
Symptom 3 : Uneven diced toast sizes and increased crumbs.
Possible Causes:
The product has dried out and become brittle, resulting in more crumbs when cut.
The cutting blade speed is too high, causing the toast to be cut too finely.
Solution:
3.1 Adjust the cutting blade speed.
Symptom 4 : Abnormal noise or excessive vibration during machine operation.
Possible Causes:
The ground is uneven, or the anchor feet are not properly tightened, causing the machine to shake.
There is a problem with the bearings in the blade assembly, causing abnormal noise.
Solution:
4.1 Adjust the machine’s leveling feet to ensure it is placed horizontally and securely.
4.2 Stop the machine, check and remove any foreign objects, and regularly apply food-grade lubricant to the bearings and drive chain.
